The patch notes for Deathloop’s hotfix 1.708.4.0 are short and simple, and they’re available below, as provided by the publisher:
- This hotfix fixes a bug that caused certain PC users to suffer “stutter” while using the mouse to control the camera.
The game’s developers are also “investigating a different, but related problem that we’ve discovered as a factor that may potentially be a source of stuttering at high framerates,” and will give an update as soon as feasible.
We didn’t notice any stuttering when evaluating Deathloop, however we did see a lot of framedrops and crashes. Fortunately, they didn’t distract too much from what is generally a fantastic immersive simulation.
Deathloop is currently available on PC and PlayStation 5.
