The 10-minute bodyweight emom is a workout routine that has been designed to be done in 10 minutes. It is a great full-body workout that can be done anywhere.
Every minute on the minute, or EMOM, is a kind of interval training in which you do each exercise at the start of each minute.
Not every exercise has to last an hour. If you work from home or prefer to exercise at home, you may vary your workout routine throughout the day. I like working out at the gym and at home, but we don’t always have access to a gym.
IN JUST 10 MINUTES, GET A TOTAL BODY EMOM WORKOUT
Here’s a quick 10-minute exercise for ladies that works out the whole body and takes just 10 minutes to finish. However, you’ll need to warm up for another 10 minutes, so let’s be reasonable and set up 20 minutes for this exercise. You’ve accomplished your goal if you complete three different brief workouts during the day.
Short exercises are ideal for women over 40 and more mature women who are just starting started and have the leisure to exercise three times a day rather than pushing oneself for a full 45-60 minutes. I’ve been training for a few years and I still prefer to split up my exercises throughout the day while I’m exercising at home, as it allows me to get a lot more done.
Just keep in mind that you must still warm up before each exercise.
EXERCISES TO WARM UP FOR THIS ROUTINE

Follow the free instructions and make sure you do a full dynamic warm-up, which should take anywhere from five to ten minutes, and then take a brief break.
HOW TO DO THIS EXERCISE
Beginners should do each exercise for as long as they can, say 30-45 seconds, and then rest until the following minute. EMOM exercises are highly successful and include aspects of WOD (workout of the day) and Crossfit training regimens.
Because you will only be working for a limited period of time, give it your all.

SQUATS IN THE AIR
Air Squats are a 10-minute EMOM exercise.
Get the most out of air squats by squatting as low as possible and then utilizing your thighs to gently burst up with force, remembering to tighten your glutes at the top. Begin with feet that are as broad as your shoulders.
Switching Lunges is a 10-minute EMOM exercise.
These may be a little challenging at first until you gain your bearings. A lunge is when one leg is forward and the other is out to the side. You lunge gently down, then slowly rise into the air and swap legs. The goal is to maintain exploding for the whole 45 seconds before taking a break.
Burpees are a 10-minute EMOM exercise.
They’ve all heard of them, but not everyone knows how to use them. Begin in a standing posture with your arms at your sides, and prepare to lower your body while kicking your legs out behind you. Simultaneously, perform a pushup with your arms before returning to the starting position and repeating.
The first set of big body motions is now complete, therefore it’s time to sit down.
TWISTS IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE
Russian Twists are a 10-minute EMOM exercise.
Sit with your knees bent on the floor. This exercise does not need the use of weights, but you may want to do so in the future. Turn your shoulders from side to side while touching the floor, keeping your back straight and at a 45-degree angle to apply pressure on your abdomen.
Last but not least, do a plank.
Planks are a 10-minute EMOM exercise.
Planks are great for flattening your tummy and strengthening your core. Nothing beats planks when it comes to getting a flatter tummy. Ascertain that you are in the proper posture. Your elbows should be on the ground, supporting your body from your toes to the ground. Your body should be completely straight, with no drooping or arching in the center. Make sure you’re looking ahead and lifting your head. This workout will instantly feel good in your core. You will also notice how quickly your tummy flattens thereafter. If you do this exercise every day, your stomach will remain flat.
To complete in precisely 10 minutes, repeat the five exercises twice more. Keep your phone near you when the clock is ticking so you can keep track of your time.
